- The weather control grids Star Trek is so fond of are really overkill. Sidewalk-clearing
robots would solve most of the problem.
- Lots of people in my apartment complex seem to deal with bad road conditions by ordering out
for pizza. That strikes me as admirably pragmatic but dubiously ethical.
